If you’re staying in a Yurt, Shepherd’s Hut, Gypsy Wagon, or the Old Stable, we provide everything you need for a comfortable stay—just bring a few essentials.
Provided:
A double bed made up with fresh sheets and a warm duvet
Camp beds or similar for children (in Yurts & Stable)
Bunk-style double beds (in Shepherd’s Huts & Gypsy Wagons)
Camping stove, kettle, crockery & cutlery for four, water container
Outdoor fire pit and a dining table with four chairs
Please bring:
Towels
Bedding for children

Open fires are permitted but must be contained and elevated off the ground
Fire pits are available to hire onsite on a first-come, first-served basis:
Small: £5 per night
Large: £10 per night
Guests are welcome to bring their own fire pit if preferred

Firewood is available onsite via an honesty box:
£7 per large (IKEA-sized) bag
You may also bring your own wood if you prefer

Communal fridge/freezer and chest freezer are available for guest use
Please be mindful of space and considerate to others
All perishable items must be removed upon departure

Charging points for phones and tablets are available beside the café area

Wi-Fi is not available on site—we encourage you to embrace the digital detox and enjoy the natural surroundings

Please limit vehicles to one car per pitch where possible
During peak weekends, an additional car may incur a £5 charge

Cancellation Policies
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while helping us manage availability effectively.
Cancellations made 14 days or more before your arrival date: Full refund, minus a £10 admin fee.
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival: 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival or no-shows: Unfortunately, no refund can be offered.
In the event of extreme weather or circumstances beyond our control, we may offer to rebook your stay at a later date, subject to availability.
